You need to report it to ukvi and not the UK embassy. thanks for your reply. Thanks for your reply . It’s not 4.5 years it 63 days which is not my fault as I never received the letter from HO regarding the photograph, due to this they made my application as invalid and considering it as 63 days overstays.

The requirements for naturalisation are irrespective of your nationality. You still need to show proof of your residence in the UK for the 5y (3y for the married to BC route) prior to the date of application.
