Super Priority option not available

Hi,

I have been trying to get the super priority option for my SET(LR) application for past week. I tried it at 12AM, 12:30 AM and 1 AM. However no luck. Have they changed the time, when priority options are made available?

Thanks a lot.

How soon we need to travel after visit visa is granted?

Hi,

I wanted to ask how soon one needs to travel to UK once the visit visa is granted? Is there any cut-off time for you to travel, otherwise the visa is curtailed?

Many Thanks

Tier 1 to LR Successful in Appeal

Just to give hope to the people in the same boat. My husband applied for ILR on the basis of 5 year Tier 1 in January 2016 through premium service, however they held the application and didn't give the decision on the same day. This application was refused in August 2016 due to tax amendments. He th...

Re: ILR appeal won in UTT , Now need help to understand the decision what can HO do after this

Please can any member advise on my situation? I don't think HO can take any further action considering the letter you received. They have to accept the tribunal decision and are bound to issue you the BRPs. It can take 3 months for HO you to issue you BRP. If you want it quickly, You might want to ...

Re: ILR after an appeal

Yes HO lodged the appeal to UTT almost two weeks after the deadline. So we are hoping it will be rejected on that basis only. Actually We contacted MP and sent email to HO after the 14 day deadline was past, but instead of issuing BRP, they challenged the decision in UTT. That's great. Congratulatio...

Re: Success Story for tax deception?

Me and my husband won appeal in FTT in October 2018 (Husband's SET(LR) refused due to tax amendments) However HO appealed against the decision which was refused on 13th December. They then appealed to upper tribunal on 14th January, almost two weeks past the deadline. We hope upper tribunal rejects ...

Re: Tier 1 (Dependant) to LR (Dependant)

Hi, I applied for FLR(M) in March 2017. Our turmoil is still not over yet. My husband SET (LR) and my FLR(M) got refused in Feb 2018 with the right of appeal, which was heard in Sep 2018 and we won the appeal. HO then appealed in First tribunal, which was refused on 13th Dec 2018. However HO again a...

Re: LR application when set o refused due to tax amendment u

@ITExpert

You should apply for SET (LR), otherwise you will become over stayer. My suggestion will be to go ahead with JR in parallel to your application. You have a good chance that you will win JR as amendments were made before the application and not after the refusal like us.

Good Luck!

Re: Need advice on my case after AR refusal

Thanks. @sam2017, The judge informally advised to apply for a new application as our JR had no merit. The HO barrister didn't say anything about it. TBH the court didn't give a heed about our case. The whole hearing took less than 20 minutes. The main argument made was that the evidence of tax amend...

Re: Tier 1 (Dependant) to LR (Dependant)

Hi, Thanks for your responses. One more question. My husband's SET (LR) is still pending decision. I have switched my PBS dependant application to FLR (M). I am going to complete my 5 years in March 2018. If even by that time both my husband and my applications are pending, can I vary my application...

Re: Need advice on my case after AR refusal

Sorry to hear that. What is the reason for your refusal? Is it tax discrepancies/amendments? We are on the same boat, as my husband applied for SET (O), which got refused due to tax discrepancies, AR also refused, filed for permission for JR which also got refused. Meanwhile he also completed 10 yea...
