Re: Spouse Extension Checklist

Current passport is scanned for the applicant. I don't see anywhere in the mandatory docs or supporting that previous is needed.

You need to add in travel information SINCE you've got your visa in the 2nd section where they ask travel history. They'll have records on their side

Re: URGENT ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE for Visitor Visa Duration of Stay

I highly doubt it will impact on the application. However I think it'll be preferable for them to see a 5 year visa so you demonstrate more of an immigration history in the Uk. My mother in law had two 2 year visas and was staying 5 or 6 months at a time. Currently on a 5 year visa and GOT QUESTIONE...

Yea they are all within the 6MB limit. I will upload the colour ones then, thanks My passport was well over 6mb was easy to shrink down via Adobe. Best of luck with your submission. I had to check through our approvals too to get all this history Enter in each refusal and enter the Home Office case reference. If you do not have all the information to hand write a cov...

Re: Spouse Extension Checklist

Won't be an issue, just don't forget to print and sign then scan the declaration forms.

Also all pages need to be scanned for applicant passport.

When are you planning to submit the application? We will plan for March 7th - a day after OH lands from abroad. Application is in order and ready to go.
