I have friend (Lesbian) and she has stamp4eufam and she was goin to spain alone recently and I told her tha i think you need a visa if u r travellin alone ..and she replied I have been to Germany n France without my wife . She keeps the job reference letter n payslip which confirmed she got holiday ...

INIS should advise the person in written " All the necessary requirements " so person can start collecting those proof of addresses n bank statements etc for each year if they want to apply for nationalisation. Bcz its so hard to recover the proofs sometim...

My company Hr is asking for a new valid permit , and i was also looking for a new job. Seriously my company HR was annoyin me so much for my visa too ... i had 5 years visa but i neva showed her :lol: they couldn't even dismissed me bcz company needed me .. Then there is no restrictions. Sir I have jus a 1 question .. What if person is in middle of his Citizenship process and his wife leave him and thn he gets his citizenship .. can he divorce is her country then ? Hi if her 5 year visa is about to finish so she has to apply for visa anyway. .. she can apply 5years Stamp4eufam or 10 year PR .. Her citizenship application won't further proceed until she gets visa .. What i suggest tha if according to "residency calculator " she is illegible to apply for citizen...

Friend of mine submitted 2 of the address and p60 as third proof of address ... actually best thing is if you email citizen inquiry team, they will reply you within a day or two .. if you do email so plz keep us update ...

Have you email thm and findout the status of your application ?? If yes so when the last time u sent the email and wht reason have you got ?

Thats a very long time .. i applied in 2015 too but thank God i hv got it mine in last ceremony..

Well I think .. as long as she is in this country and workin full time and divorce is not final .. His stamp4 is valid .. at least he can come back to ireland.. Unless she makes a fuss about domestic violence But anyway he will b in trouble when he has to renew his stamp4 .... Thats my personal opin...
