Hello Every One I have an Indian Passport and I am on Tier 2 Dependant Visa (my husband got his ILR last year). I am completing my 5 Years in the UK on 30th Dec 2017 and want to apply for ILR. So my husband only needs to fill his form and I don't even need to go the appointment with him?
Or take Life in the UK or Engligh test?

My husband is going to apply for his ILR after being on Tier 2 visa for 5 years. I came to the UK in December 2012 as his dependant and hence I'm not yet eligible for ILR as I have only spent 4 years here. My visa expires in one year time.
