Re: apply 28 days before expiry OR 60 months? SET(M)

Many thanks for your reply. This is the second FLR(M) visa. So if I'm understanding correctly: First VISA was issued on 09 June 2017 So we can apply for ILR on 13 May 2022. (within 28 days of 5 years since issue date) Additionally, if we used the Super Priority Service we could get ILR decision with...

apply 28 days before expiry OR 60 months? SET(M)

I've seen conflicting information on when the earliest you can apply. Is it 28 days before current VISA expiry, or 28 days before 60 month period is up?

EG:
60 month period is complete on 9 June 2022
Current FLR(M) visa expires on 17 Aug 2022
When is the earliest application possible?

Thank you.

Re: Citizenship immediately after IRL?

Thank you for your reply.

Is there any source for this information?
Or is it just that there is no mention of a minimum marriage length requirement in the guidance?

Citizenship immediately after IRL?

"If married to a BC, you can apply the same day you are granted ILR if you meet the spouse requirements which includes 3 years residence. Any legal stay in the UK counts." My partner is eligible for ILR next year after 5 years of FLR(M) as my unmarried spouse. It would therefore take her another yea...

FLR(M) Approved - our experience and advice

Thanks to this forum and a few other online resources we did not have to post a single question or use a lawyer. Thank you! Our case was an unmarried partner to a ILR sponsor (both Australian). Sponsor is a director of a LLC and fulfilled 100% of the financial requirement (just!). There is A LOT of ...

Re: Visa for spouse of IRL, formally a dependant of Tier 2

Thank you for your reply.
This is good news.
We are unmarried but have lived together in 1 bedroom apartment for over 2 years (though recently moved)
All utilities were in my name though and we don't share a bank account. What other evidence is accepted?

Visa for spouse of IRL, formally a dependant of Tier 2

Hello, Looking for a visa for my unmarried partner of 2 years. I'm an Australian citizen on IRL since April 2014. Prior to that I was a dependant of my ex who was a Tier 2 (highly skilled migrant). My Australian partner has been with me in the UK since April 2015 on a Working Holiday VISA which will...
