Do I need to give an employment contract or letter from my employer confirming my job title, salary etc.?
I don't have an employment contract.

Oh thank you. I meant by post or in person. I assume it's okay to apply in person by your response. Ah you see I thought if they look at the application and say no they can't vary it, we won't have to pay the application fee as no decision would have been taken etc. I figured we would only have lost ...

Thanks CR001 for the reply. Yes we meet all the requirements as my income is above the threshold, own our own home, is doing his English test soon etc. except that he didn't enter the country legally. But now he has a valid leave to remain and wondered if that's okay to change the visa without ...
