At first, I did googled and it was £49

But after filling in MN1 form online, at end of application in Payment section, it is giving £1031.20.

Is that I am filling wrong application or not sure ?

so only two things: how long is your new Tier 2 visa? extension more than 3 years are different price than up to 3 years. Upto 3 years, as i will be eligible for ILR in 2yrs time and, you would expect that she won't get the decision until you have the outcome of yours. Thanks for the responce

If that is WITHIN 28 days before, yes. Note that it does NOT have to be on EXACTLY 28 days before. One day out can result in a refusal for not meeting the requirements. Hello Friends,

My first Tier 2 General Visa stamped on 7th Nov 2013 where as I started my job on 11th Dec 2013. As I can apply for ILR 28days before my 5 years’ time, which date I need to consider to calculate my ILR timeline.
