Hello All members I am asking on behalf of my friend.
His application is submitted under SS route (about 1 month ago)but he want to travel with us to Netherlands.
Can he ask for passport back along with EU card for travel?
And how long does it takes to return passport and card?

Hello everyone my sister in law recently moved to uk using SS route in 2016. She is British national by her father and was born and grown up Netherlands. Her husband is non EU national. Now they will have kid soon. Question is can they register their child as British ?

As I know according to law if your non EU partner got article 10 card stating family member of union citizen . Non EU partner can travel straight away with EU partner without family permit.

Yes secret. You are right when I am free I read posts here I seen in one case HO kept the passport and RC of the applicant who was family member. So I am scared of this thing and I also know that more than 6 months I cant live outside the Netherlands.

I have got question if EEA2 application is refused and also appeal right is not given and family member is out of the country more then 6 months can he return to the country from where he or she already received article 10 RC??

Yes sponcer is not working from nearly 11 months and I am only working here .
