Can you please double check this for me? I am very confused.

Some lawyers are suggesting I can vary as I won the appeal and that means my current application is back to FLR M which is pending.

We won the appeal in November, But yes my decision is still pending.

Overstayer means I cant work?

But If I get my Positive FLR M result, when can I apply for ILR?

Thanks But what if the result comes before my 10 Years eligible period, will I still qualify for 10 years? or I have to be on FLR M on another 5 years? Shall I listen to advice of first varying to FLR FP and later varying it again to FLR LR when 10 years get completed? I was not sure about this sugg...

Sponsoring visit visa to parent when my application is in appeal.

Hello everyone

Very difficult situation for me, my ILR was refused last year and my appeal is still pending in First Tribunal.

In the mean while can I sponsor my Parents to visit us in UK? (as we cant leave the country)

If I can, what document/explanation I can provide?

I received a similar letter from home office asking about my child who was born In UK. I did not apply for her ILR as I thought to apply for her nationality once we get ILR.

Can you please help with the letter which you wrote to Home office.
