Re: Is P60 enough to confirm presence in the UK

Hmmm... I thought banks statements arent sufficient to prove your presence? I was under impression that HO only accepts various government departments letters... Possibly GP letter

Re: BC referee is being nosey?!

Mgs1 and Ouflak1 thats exactly what i was thinking! She only has to certify that the photo is to my true likeness and that she knew me for a number of years. I decided to drop her. She kept the form i sent her for 2 weeks already. Something tells me she isnt confident to be my referee (but coudnt re...

Re: BC referee is being nosey?!

Thanks for all your replies. I was taken aback when she asked to be honest. Shes my husbands friend and a nurse (i was thinking of using her as a professional referee). I've known her for 5 years. Never thought that she will be so nosey!
Did any of you guys showed your passport to your referees?

BC referee is being nosey?!

Hello, Not sure if this subject has been covered on this forum... So one of my referees is asking to see my passport and wants to see my whole application before she will sign as a referee.... Now i thought that all she has to do is to check the page 3 of the application( my name) and check if the p...

Re: How to send missing documents?

Noajthan you might have some knowledge but I have found that your advice isn't always correct! As for everyone looking how to apply for DCPR check out the Free Movement. You can download an Ebook which takes you step by step through the process! It's author is an immigrant lawyer who deals with this...

Re: How to send missing documents?

[quote]You do not tell caseworker when PR was acquired. There is no question on PR form such as "tell me when you think your qualifying period was". In some cases how would applicant even know. Applicant simply submits information/evidence of their timeline and activities in UK and caseworker determ...

Re: Confirmation or Acknowledgement from HO for EEA PR

Well I received confirmation email yesterday. Maybe I am one of the "lucky" ones then. They have me reference number and a telephone contact to check the progress

Re: Confirmation or Acknowledgement from HO for EEA PR

Well I actually read on this forum that people applying for PR receiver confirmation letter or an email from HO?
Those posts are from 2015 so unless the rules have changed since then we still should receive something from HO

Confirmation or Acknowledgement from HO for EEA PR

Surely HO should send some sort of confirmation that they have received the application?? With a reference number to that application? Otherwise how we are supposed to check the progress of our applications? I sent mine 2 weeks ago and still waiting on a letter from HO.

Re: How to send missing documents?

Right. Hold on! Why does she has to send documyfor different period?! She already proved that she aquired PR during 2011-2016! Case worker can't just pick and choose from when they want our documentation!

Re: PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Exactly buktais! That's what u was getting at! Also from what ive read on HO website RC was give to EEA who planned to work for 3 months or longer in the U.K. A8 members had to complete 12 month registration period prior to receiving RC. Surely Ho case workers must be aware of that! They can't just ...

Re: PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Thank you Obie.
I know that we are not meant to take advise from HO helpline but sometimes they do get things right ( might be just pure luck) lol!
Well I will submit my application with all the documents and a covering letter and hope for the best!

Re: PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Well the SAT Team sent me printouts of case notes and screen shots from when I was applying for RC. On one of them it clearly says that the case worker is satisfied that I completed my 12 month registration period and that I am eligible for RC. Also there is list of documents which they received sup...

Re: PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Hi, I've got other documents proving my continuous 5 year employment!! Also I did send SAR ( Subject Access Request) to HO! They have replied that my WRS been destroyed! I don't think you've read my post at all or just don't want to understand it! It's ok. I have now contacted HO and was advised tha...

Re: PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I never said in my previous post that I will be using RC only. I have payslips, P60 to prove it. Also please read that Home Office responded to my SAR stating that they have destroyed my WRS documents due to time lapse. So they don't have a copy of it.

PR without WRS but with Residence Permit

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I am trying to apply for PR. The problem is I lost WRS documents. I was registered with the scheme in 2004 and after 12 months of successfully completing the required period I was issued Residence Permit. Now in the light of Brexit I decided to apply for PR and use...
