Right to work

Hello all.

I have a FLR (FP) on a 10-year route and it will expire on March 11, 2022. It'll be my second extension. I'm currently working.

If I submit a fee waiver, will I be able to continue working until a decision is made by the HO?

My employer is asking me for a share code.

Thank you.

Re: Advice needed (quite urgent) on FLR FP Extension

Thank you CR001 and seagul! I've got my visa granted for a further 2.5 years. The Immigration Office didn't ask for my husband's valid passport. I didn't expect an answer so soon (to some, it might seem long; online application submitted: 22/05/2019, documents submitted: 24/06/2019, brp received: 1...

Can anyone tell me if it's ok to scan and upload all our documents to the PC first and save them in a folder or do they need to be scanned directly to the website after sending the online application? Thanks.
I want to know the answer to this question too! It's so stressful.

Re: Advice needed (quite urgent) on FLR FP Extension

I just did. Mandatory documents are to be my passport and resident / biometric card. Other documents (for my husband) says Evidence of Mr xxxx's immigration status in the UK. His ILR is on the old passport. Will that negate the requirement of a valid passport for my husband? ILR never expired even ...
