Re: Application form queries regarding Spouse Visa Application from Pakistan

Hey Amazonian Thank you for your reply. Appreciate it. Are you sure the online statements are acceptable? In the home office guidance it says that if the bank statements aren't original, they must be stamped. I even went to HSBC bank but they said we don't stamp the bank statements. Secondly i had o...

Re: British Passport documents to send

Dear Cullinan,

As per your message above, are we okay to send the current passport only or do we also have to send the expired passports as well? Did you only send your current passport for British Passport application?

Re: TFL Fine query for naturalisation application

I think it might be a SJPN. What happens in this case?

Initially i thought of not declaring it but today before submitting the application i was having second thoughts. I was thinking of mentioning this incident on the 'other information' section

Re: TFL Fine query for naturalisation application

Hi Cullinan, Thank you for your reply. It was £100 as far as i remember. As the oyster card wasn't touched in the inspector took my details and i received a letter few days later in the post about the incident and asking to plead guilty and pay a fine of £100. I pleaded guilty and paid the £100 fine...

Re: Varying my ILR application Query

Thanks a lot Aman. So happy to hear this :D I don't have any dependants so will definitely vary my application and go for super priority service within the 28 days if they haven't still decided my application.

Just for my peace of mind, can any other moderator please confirm what Aman said.
