Re: ILR (Tier 1 General visa) varied to Set(LR) with income discrepancies declared

In my personal opinion, I think you have a good strong case, coz ur tier 1 g is not been decided yet so it means u r covered under section 3c, atleast they can not refuse ur ILR under any of 276. Even though if they refuse ur ILR LR u will get a right of appeal and with good solicitor and barristers ...

Re: ILR 10 years refused with right of appeal

My solicitor is also pretty much optimistic about my case, but i m not sure, i think its their job and source of earning thats why they have to show some positivity towards clients cases. Case workers sitting in HO are not daft they must be well aware of all the rules. Anyways on the positive side I ...

Re: Long Residence Appeal Pending What is my status

No one can tell you the estimation of time, as it vary from case to case, some people have been waiting for nearly 2 years for the outcome wheras some got decision within 4 to 6 months. No one can predict what home office is upto.

Re: Long Residence Appeal Pending What is my status

It does not make any sense that how come HO can say that they are missing the fee page. The first thing home office do is deduct the fee, and they never send a biometric letter until the appropriate fee is paid.

Re: Need Advice Urgent!

I spoke to my solicitor, he said I am still eligible to apply through LR route as I am just short of one month and few days considering the 28 days HO rule. He said the same thing as many other people are covering their shortage of time period by filing FLR fp files, and once they reach their 10 ...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi gag 12! In my opinion you should wait for the outcome of your case, its a lengthy process and we can not do anything about it. I have been waiting for my decision for nearly 16 months. You never know what the outcome will be. If its just the matter of job then dont switch your visa coz your ...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Guys have you heard anyone got ILR after Interview? Coz it seems like they already have made their minds, and sending these questionnaires and conducting interviews is just a formality. So far I haven't came across anyone who got ILR after interview.
