Re: T1 extension - more FPS and RTI questions

Normally FPS submitted to HMRC have exact dates and time and i think FPS report must have these because caseworker can understand the months you are claiming. check with your accountant as previous FPS can be generated but do not know with date and time. As you said you can apply in the beginning of...

Re: Turnover issue

If nature of your business demands long time to generate revenue for example sale of heavy machinery for a specific industry is a long term process as clients can take many months or even years to decide so revenue comes very slow but in huge amounts. If you are doing exactly according to HO guideli...

Re: Tier-1 Entrepreneur VISA extension refused

First of all please read the guideline many times so you would know what to do. you are too much relying on people advice rather than HO guideline. 1. Although I had invested - £15300 in account transfer from personal to business + £38000 Cash deposit from my personal to same business(its showing wi...

Re: Tier 1 extension or FLR FP, which option is better? zimb

I agree with senior members and you should apply for T1 ext as normal. wrong decision can be harmful as you are very close to Ilr so prepare fully for T1 ext and do be afraid of business in loss. If you business is genuine then you do not need to worry even in loss for all years because not all busi...

i think you are not over stayer as you applied within 28 days given by HO and you got your visa. Did you declared yourself as over stayer in your last successful application? if not then how you can be now over stayer. Senior members can correct me if i am wrong.

Re: Investing in different company query

As per my understanding a company can run multiple businesses and you need to add code for the new business in the existing company and you do not need to open a new company. For HO you can present two accounts for the two businesses run by the same company but for HMRC one is enough. Some explanati...

The questions asked by you seems to related to the business credibility. In my opinion there could be two reasons for second interview. First CW wants to know more about your business so wants to ask more questions. Second reason could be dissatisfaction with your initial interview so a second inter...

you should try to get business bank statements showing funds coming from your personal account to business account to prove that you have invested in business and secondly it will also prove your current business activities in the UK business. I strongly suggest be careful and do not fully reply on ...

Senior members can give you better advise about your stay can be counted towards 10 years or not but you need to take any course of action within the given time by HO otherwise you will be overstay. If you do not get appropriate advise then better to go for appeal so you can get some time to consult...

First of all please try to get advise from senior members like Zimba as they can give much better advise than others. Please note that a company is a separate legal entity. You give loan to company in the form of DL so debtors belong to your company not you. Logically they belong to you but accordin...

I think you must transfer 40k or more from your personal account to business account as DL, easily identifiable transaction. Try to make simple and clear your documents according to the GUIDE LINE provided by HO.
Good luck with you application
