I would like to know, when I process for UK Dependent visa from India, is it mandatory to have my wife's name in tenancy agreement. Is it fine, if the tenancy agreement has only my name ?

I have a similar query - i would like to bring my wife and kid just for a month and half. For such short terms, i don't think, we will get rented houses. Is it really mandatory to give tenancy agreement for their visa application. For a short period of 4 or 5 weeks, i was thinking to take a B&B here ...
