Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

Hi all, I applied for ILR set(LR) using the premium service at Croydon. before applying I had a pending appeal for eea4 PR which was refused twice due to issues regarding evidence of dependency. I withdraw my appeal and went for set LR at PEO CROYDON. The application was accepted but differed for fu...

Calculation of holding ILR for 12 months

Hi, I have read on this forum where there was a guideline used by UKBA ( which obviously doesn't exist anymore) about the possibility of requesting for discretion to be applied if you are applying for BC immediately after ILR (10yr long residency) was granted if the applicant has lived in the UK for...

Re: Non-EU/EEA APPLYING FOR 10 years long residence

Dear Moderators, I kindly need your opinions or suggestions.I'm planning to apply for the 10yr LR. I have held 3yr student visa from 2005 then 1yr student visa extension and then 5yr EEA FM RC. I initially applied for EEA4 PR which was unsuccessful due to lack of proof of dependency but that refusal...

Hi

You don't need to worry. your six months timeline for the home office starts from the 18th august which is the date you submitted your biometrics. I know because I got a written letter from the HO explaining this to me.

Hold tight and keep praying

Re: Permanent Residence Card Processing Time 2016

Hi Noajthan, In addition to the above, I believe I'm also qualified for the 10yr long residency under the immig. route as I've not broken my continouos residence or overstaying from initial student entry clearance which date back to 2005. Can you advise if this could be an alternative and if I have ...

Re: Permanent Residence Card Processing Time 2016

Hi noajthan, not sure if you read my actual initial post because it's regarding Permanent Residence card processing time containing my TIMELINE. And you'll notice I have read the thread you recommending as I have made that request through my solicitor and MP already. I was hoping you will be able t...

Re: Urgent query on Permanent Residency requirements
