If a visa is refused, the IHS charge is automatically refunded but it can take awhile. Alternatively, log into the IHS portal and apply for a refund. What were the reasons for refusal? You need to prove to them beyond reasonable doubt that you are genuine. They may just say that you are trying to circumvent the situation in order to get into the UK. Need advice for someone here. Her spouse visa was refused. Can she get her UKVI (NHS) refund from the country of application as she had done it online. [You may be mistaken there. She has to be in her country of residence yes but the application can be done through lawyers here in the UK Do not make the mistakes i made.
