Re: Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

Hi Lisa, Just wondering if you've had any progress with your application decision? I submitted mine on Sep 13, a few days after yours and am curious if you're still waiting. I've seen a few other people have posted 13-14 week waits in the timelines and I'm getting anxious because I have booked a ho...

Re: Out of standard processing time - any suggestion?

Write to your MP asking for help on finding out the current status and for the case to be expedited. I am in a similar situation as I based my decision of doing the standard service on the 8-weeks from application being submitted. To be told at my biometric that it is 6 - 8 weeks from submitting my ...

Re: Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

The question is still, do the eight weeks begin counting from the date I submitted the application or the date I completed the biometric appointment? Because it would be 10 weeks in that case in total if I consider the date I submitted the application online, to the two-week wait I had to get an app...

Re: Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

I've been reading: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-part-1-leave-to-enter-or-stay-in-the-uk and it sayings the following: Date an application (or variation of an application) for leave to remain is made 34G. For the purposes of these rules, the date on which an applica...

Re: Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

And because my current Visa has now expired, I wouldn't be able to withdraw and resubmit?

Re: Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

I attended my biometrics yesterday (25 September). My Visa Expired on the 22 September. I submitted my online application on the 10th of September. The issue I am having is that the website says the following: How long it takes If you apply outside the UK a decision will usually be made within 12 we...

Is it possible to purchase priority service AFTER submitting Application?

Hi, Is it at all possible to purchase a priority service after submitting my application and going for my biometrics, I urgently need to leave the country and I obviously can't while waiting for my confirmation so I am wondering if I can pay to have it fast-tracked. Nothing online says you can, so I...

Re: 28 days rule for Payslip and bank statement for FLR(M) V

Hi,

When you say the "actual documents" does that mean things such as the "Letter from Employer" I have my partners one dated on the 5th of Jan and I will be submitting my information on the 7th of Feb.

Should I have his Employer resign from a date closer to the 7th?

Thank you,

Lisa

FLR(M) Application Date - Can I leave it to the last mintue

Hello, I've been scrolling through many pages and I can't find an answer to what I am looking for so I am hoping someone could kindly help me with advice. I am currently in the UK on a Tier 5 Youth Mob Visa (2-year). I am applying for FLR (M) to stay here with my British Citizen Partner. My timeline...
