Hello
Just wanted to post a quick update to say that we were successful in varying the FLR (FP) which was the 10 years route to settlement TO FLR (M) 5 years route to settlement on saturday. It was a quick process and no issues at all.

Thank you Casa.

It's the first FLR M application, varying from a FLR P to M.
He got the FLR P in June 2016 on the 10 years route on the basis of BC wife and child.
I am trying to change it to FLR M for the 5 years route to ILR.

Hello, can someone please help? I am applying for a visa FLR M for my husband. I am sending evidence of same address for the past 6 months, same as with payslips and bank statements. Is that okay or should I be sending evidence of same address for 2 years? sorry am a bit confused. thanks in ...
