Re: Change of Registered Address - Please help

In addition, make sure you update new address on your website, if you have one. There is no problem if you move company address but HMRC, companies house must have up to date address.

Re: Job creation/No of hours creted

I doubt if you can use same person for the two positions except you are pre April 2014. Its a dicey situation. For the jobs, I think you should be ok. Job 1 you can use the first and last employees as they both lasted for one year with minimum acceptable 120 hours per month. You don't need the part ...

Re: In need of urgent help with employment creation problem

My friend, don't let anyone scare you, the new rule accepts 30hours per week or 120hours per month for 12 calendar months. its clearly stated in the latest guidance and the forms. All these other 52 weeks claim or 130hours per month issue was the previous requirement where in the form you were asked...

Re: Applying T1 Entrepreneur Visa to ILR, Bank Statement nee

surprised people say you need to provide evidence of investment, proof of UK business and bank statement for Ent 5year visa to ILR route. I think this only applies to the 3yr route. For 5 year route the forms states if you have shown this in your previous application you do not need to do this again...

Re: Refusal Indication

I just noted that it looks like HO has stopped calculating employment by total yearly hours. In the past, up to early this year the renewal application form asks you to state the combined total hours of your employee 1560 x 2. But the new forms for both renewal and ILR application does not have this...

Re: Refusal Indication

Again, just explain in your cover letter to caseworker that worker x worked for so and so period 30hrs per week. That takes care of the calculation in your payslip.

Some weeks overlap in a month but I think the minimum is four weeks/month.

Re: Refusal Indication

how can guidance be wrong when many people including myself have done 120hrs/month and we have successfully extended our visa. 130 hrs is the maximum you will be awarded for any worker. If you have a staff that has worked 140hrs a month, only a maximum of 130hrs will be considered not that that is t...
