Inform Home Office about marriage

Hi all,

I'm an Indian national on Tier 2 visa. I've got married recently (in March) to an Indian national in India. I'm just back in the UK a week ago. Do I need to inform Home Office about my marriage? If yes, what is the best way to inform them? (online, phone, post, any form required)

Thanks

SM

Re: unrestricted CoS allocation - time taken by UKBA ?

The best thing you can do is try ringing the priority service and pay £200 to get it in 5 working days.

Ask your employer to ring on 01415556027 and try your luck.

Re: Does sponsor licence date affect TIER 2 VISA extension

No it won't affect you visa length. You will get another 3 years. The only thing is your sponsor must renew their license before 05 May 2018 otherwise your visa will be curtailed to 05 July 2018 (license end date + 2 months). You will receive a letter from Home Office about your visa has been curtai...

Re: Tier 2 Unrestricted CoS - How to Expedite

Priority service where you pay £200 is not being very helpful for me either. My HR tried calling the service every day last week but phone is always busy. My visa is ending in less than 5 weeks now. Not sure what else we can do to expedite the CoS allocation. Any other suggestion from anyone?
