hey all, I was on visitor visa until i got my spouse visa in nov 2006, so i don't think i pass the 3yr criteria, having said that I have docs proof I have lived at my address for over 3yrs, if thats what they require? Hello, on the website updated as at March 2006 it states 10weeks for a spousal visa (VAF2) to be processed.

Has anyone any recent experience of getting a settlement visa in nigeria? Are their estimates accurate ?
