Re: Does online application Count as a AN form?

Thanks,
I have one more confusion about referees,
As I understood first referee could be anyone holding British nationality,
But second referee should be a person who has professional standing,
Friend of mine is hospital doctor, is he acceptable as second referee?

Re: Urgent Help! ILR tier 1 Ent refused after interview.

As I understood With new application You are overstaying from the date of application and it will be disregarded if your application is successful, simply you can’t vary it LR during waiting period. In my opinion Challenge it In AR if your business is genuine.

Re: Urgent Help! ILR tier 1 Ent refused after interview.

If you have genuine business, challenge the decision by giving more information and documentation about your business / transaction / clients and anything related to the business. Logically They don’t refuse you because your employees weren’t there or because you phoned your accountant to get exact ...

Re: Urgent Help! ILR tier 1 Ent refused after interview.

Sorry about your refusal 1) Are you home base or have proper office / store? 2) Did you have any business transaction during 2017/2018? ( you should know business profit or loose during requested period even if you don’t have exact numbers). 3) What’s your work status in below link? https://www.gov....

Re: Private parking charge non payment and ILR application

It’s very obvious that you parked 30min more, even with 10 minutes more they easily could challenge you in the court, at the end you are paying a lot more.

Re: Entrepreneur visa - Job Creation ILR

If you plan to apply on 15th Feb 2019 (online application date) you can claim job creation for 15th Feb 2018 - 14th Feb 2019. You need 104 weeks of FT employment in any combination of employees or jobs during this period. As my interpretation from policy guidance ( I’m not sure but one ofe the mode...

Re: Tier 1 to ILR

Just to remind you HO needs 52 weeks but a year is 52 weeks+1 day
If you apply on 31of Dec. They will count any job creation for last 12 months , even they don’t count 31st of Dec. You have full 52 weeks from 1st of January to end of 30th of Dec.
