They say it's window visa caz you do not have to apply for your spouse all you need to take her to GNIB and get the stamp4 .. However a person can be Irish citizen in few ways.you mentioned in INIS they didn't mention does it apply to naturalised Irish citizen..exactly your answer lies in ur questio...

Seems like you are on stamp 2 visa..In order to obtain stamp 4 by living another country is not any help achieving stamp 4..

I understand where you coming from.. you should of been provide the letter from flatmate's with out asking them..If they are not happy then they will ask you in writing..They might accepted it..now if they still ask for that letter is not enough you can explain the situation with a letter.. Tell you...

he applied early January and got his second letter november first week..also he told me he drove 71KM per hour while he suppose to drive on 50 Km.( speed limit was 50km.)

To tompaulman PRTB letter along with landlord letter and they ask for lease too.. PRTB is very strong evidence to support your application.. he should of get approval by now
id say virat get ur eu3 first then at least u can work and be legal in this country..
and keep wait for CITZ results..just to be in safe side
they are very slow this year

Yes he did it was speeding issue ..
He paid 120 euro n 4 penalty point in court..
Yes he did mentioned in form and gave a remorseful letter too..
He provided all details including prove..

To broli Well if you got EU-3 based on your wife it clearly says in the letter to bring your wife while extention.This indicates its valid as long as you are with your wife. To streeter011 It does not affect your your application.And you do not have to minus the time from your residency.. Most of the Applicant they write a cover letter why they were out for this time period with a explanation,and it should be fine. I Know some guys were out almost 6 month and still did ...

Actually I did send my 10 years visa letter..
To avoid further delay..
But now they ask me for updates GNIB..
I will give them by 19th Jan see if I get approval..
