Re: Property Inspection Report

The lawyers is speaking nonsense. For ilr there is a requirement to prove 2 years evidence of cohabitation from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months in either joint names or both individual names. Property inspection report or proof of adequate accommodation is not requir...

Re: Spousal Visa - Accommodation permission problem

Hi I don’t think that this is a problem. I think all you need to do is to ask your mother writing a letter, that you live in the house. It does make it some sort of agreement but put it on black and white. I understand that as a family, you don’t do things like this but for the purpose of this. I th...

Re: Property Inspection Report

It’s not needed. We only show our document from land registry. This has been done from the beginning. If you have mortgage then your agreement with the lender is also another proof which can be used as evidence.

Hope it helps.

My BRP says OWN BUS ONLY (own business only) in it, so I assume I can't obviously employ myself here. If that's the case, do I still I have to ap...

Hi.

Just want to ask you whether there would be any summary of questions or anything before confirming the submission online?

I am wondering whether I can keep a copy of everything asked and answered online form or do I need to screen shot it?

Thanks

Re: passport check and send at post office

Here’s what I think about passport and check at the post office. 1. It will cost you £9.75 and they will check your form. It will be stamped and dated that the form has been checked. It will be sent directly through their internal post to the HM passport and if you notice it will not be post with th...

What is the difference between check and send at post office and send it directly by special delivery?

Is there any difference or make it difference if it was sent by check and send?

Thanks.
