Re: Is employer allowed to copy passport?

Thanks for the information.

Is there other way for not providing any copy of passport or am I allowed to tell them for not making a copy of my passport?

Re: Is employer allowed to copy passport?

Is that for all nationality or British National is exempt? The thing is that the employer has never asked for the past 5 years and suddenly asking for ID. They could have just asked the home office whether someone is allowed to work or otherwise. Is that not how it is? Is there any suggestion to pro...

Is employer allowed to copy passport?

Hi.

Hope you’re all well.

Just want to ask whether anyone can advise me as whether employer is allowed to make a copy of my passport?

I am not confident to give my passport as i don’t know whether the passport detail is kept securely or being used.

Thank you

Re: Property Inspection Report

The lawyers is speaking nonsense. For ilr there is a requirement to prove 2 years evidence of cohabitation from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months in either joint names or both individual names. Property inspection report or proof of adequate accommodation is not requir...

Re: Spousal Visa - Accommodation permission problem

Hi I don’t think that this is a problem. I think all you need to do is to ask your mother writing a letter, that you live in the house. It does make it some sort of agreement but put it on black and white. I understand that as a family, you don’t do things like this but for the purpose of this. I th...

Re: Property Inspection Report

It’s not needed. We only show our document from land registry. This has been done from the beginning. If you have mortgage then your agreement with the lender is also another proof which can be used as evidence.

Hope it helps.
