Re: delay in ILR Application

Hi Ginu, I totally agree with Kent1234 on the above to involve your local media, get as such attention and make as much noise as possible. You have nothing to lose in that, you should complain to the parliament ombudsman and get your employer involved also. They have violated your human rights, this...

Re: delay in ILR Application

Hi Guys, I strongly recommend all those people waiting over a year to ask your employers to write to the HO and get visa status updates. We should create as much pressure as possible on the HO, when employers start writing it would show that British businesses are struggling and suffering because of...

Re: delay in ILR Application

Hi Donny,

Strongly recommend to get an MP involved if you haven't till now, the HO is not above law and how do they expect us to function without having a visa.

Write a letter to the complains department as well, knock on every door. don't leave them at all were paying for a service.

Hi
As far as I'm aware HMRC do not update SA302's for any years other the previous tax year.

Ho do not take amendments lightly and expect a bumpy ride.

best of luck

Re: Waiting nearly 10 months for ilr

Hi Donny,

They are taking a lot of time specially for the Tier 1 General applications, would strongly recommend to get a MP involved and also keep sending them reminders/ letters to inquire about the case.

Did you supply them with the SA302's??

Many Thanks

Hi

HO can now take 12 weeks from the date of application for the biometrics letter to be sent, acknowledgment letter is now attached with the biometrics.
as long as your monies have left nothing to worry about as application process has started.

Hi Itexpert, What i don't seem to understand that if it was an exceptional circumstance which according to you even the home office recognize then why did you do a tax amendment? and if you had to do then it should be unchallenged in court. Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Consider yourself lucky as me and many other people are still waiting for an acknowledgement email or biometrics letter, I submitted the application and payment was deducted over a month ago.
things just keep getting worse with UKBA.

Re: Biometric letter not received

home office don't send acknowledgement letters any more (as per the customer service), biometrics letter can take up to 12 weeks from the date of application. As long as the payment is deducted i guess its the waiting game, shocking service but nothing else we can do.

Re: ILR - Tier 1 (General) appeal hearing date

Hi

Of course no one can predict post application events but as long as those losses can be quantified legitimately it shouldn't really be an issue.

Get legal advice and also ask the accountant to explain appropriately.

Best of luck

Re: ILR - Tier 1 (General) appeal hearing date
