Is your partner currently in a job? I'm interested to know why they have held your passport as how would yo reapply without the passport.

I would say even though, you have the 3 piece of evidence to showcase the the 5 year period, does your husband have the DCPR?

i haven't acquired PR before he left, I just have the visa as a family member of an eea. So when I go back to philippines and i will be coming back with my husband and we have a proof of a like our marriage certificate, they will let us in? I dont know if my Visa has been revoke, How would i know i...

Correct. A British citizen can not sponsor a spouse (either EEA or non-EEA) under the EEA Regulations. Monique Hawkins is dramatizing it to an extent, as British citizens cannot sponsor even non-EEA spouses under the EEA Regulations. They must be sponsored under the much tougher UK Immigration Rule...
