Hi CASA, I am much appreciated for the prompt reply. That is much clear now even though it is a bit annoying that i am required to pay for the health surcharge...I have paid for tax and NI for more than 4 years!!.:(.... but i am sure i cannot run away the rules.... it was very helpful.
