Called them today and the lady told me that my application is in the final stage for submission to minister but she said she couldn’t tell me any time frame. Re: delay in citizenship application - applied in 2016

Does anyone know whether the team number means anything. For long time, my application was processed by Team 1. I can see most of the delayed applications are with team1. Re: delay in citizenship application - applied in 2016

Before a legal action, it might be a good idea to ask a copy of your file under the freedom of information act, which bounds the department to give you all documents, reports and even remarks on your application. Can you please let us know how can we ask for a copy of my file from the citizenship o...

Would anyone explain what is the meaning of advanced stage in the citizenship application. Since 3 months and whenever I ask about my application I am told is at advanced stage. I am keen to know what does that mean and how long it could stay in this stage.

Hi Folks,
Can you please share the latest update you got about your application?
Mine is ready to be submitted to minister since more than 3 months and I don't know if it has been submitted or not as they are not clarifying that to me when I talk to them.
