Got IHS refund on 31/01/2017 what that mean..is some thing coming soon

I have applied for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas extension in First week of April 2016 interview date 14/07/2016 still waiting for any outcome is there any other member around this time line or any idea about time line after interview
