Re: Family French Schengen Visa - Document Template

Why Indians are always looking for templates of everything? Template for cover letter? That would be quite a specific template. A template for OP's nationality, job, income, purpose of visit, mode of transportation, visa duration..........................................

Re: Schengen visa for UK tourist visa holder

Your father is not a UK resident. Cannot apply for any visas from UK. He needs to apply from his home country.

Re: Spousal Visa salreid employment but varied wage.

Are you a salaried employee? ie you get paid a fix amount every month or a year? ( You may get paid bonuses and OT for work that you do beyond your contracted hours.) If you are a salaried employee, then you must have earned a minimum of £ 1550 every month to qualify. If in any of the 6 months you d...

Re: complicated please help

Polish women seem to have a tendency to fall for men with no status in UK, and they come across these men right before these men are likely to be booted out of UK.

Re: Cash in Hand Income

About the accountants, they don't do the audit but they don't accept anything you said. It seems you have not worked with a proper chartered accountant! I suggest you do a bit more of digging. Companies (who are not required to do an audit) regularly get prosecuted for tax evasion, and convictions ...

Re: Received hearing date for FLRM refusal. Need help. Pleas

I am finding it difficult to find the correct words in which to explain you the full story. Plus your post confuses too because of mentions of employment that has ceased. To combine income for self employment and employment, the calculation period should be same ie for financial year ended 5april 16...

Re: Received hearing date for FLRM refusal. Need help. Pleas

Couldn't see the files you attached. It says "your do not have the permission". I have no idea how this thing works. What were your reasons for refusal?

(PS. Moderators can you please remove this thin ice thing from my profile. I have got cold and you have put me on ice. )

Re: Cash in Hand Income

Accounts made by chartered accountant does not mean that any checks have been done. Perhaps you do not know the difference between accounts made by chartered (or any other) accountant, and audited accounts. And if you are convinced by your own arguments, then why ask on forum? Get on with it and app...

Re: Carers Allowance & Carers Credit. Is it the same?

Thanks for your reply. I understand the Home Office will not be interested in technicalities. As you have said there will be a yes or no. Given it is a slight grey area I was hoping to get more confirmation. With all due respect, I do not see anything grey. It all in black and white. Home office is...

Re: In need of advice (Spousal Visa)

Just looked at those forms are they are daunting, the wording is complicated aswell not sure on certain meanings god knows how none nationals manage. That solicitor said that if we put the form throughout combining my income and hers it will be refused/denied due to not allow to combine non salarie...

Re: Carers Allowance & Carers Credit. Is it the same?

Home office not interested in "underlying" entitlement or overlying entitlement.

The only thing they are interest is in, whether you get the qualifying benefit/(s) that exempt you from minimum income requirement. The answer has to be in "Yes" or "No".

Re: Cash in Hand Income

You will totally be relying on the judgement of caseworker. If you have not banked the earnings, and want to rely on them for meeting mim, then you will in all likelihood fail. If caseworkers were to accept your story, then everyone will claim to have earned in cash, and then spent it, and after pay...

Re: Changing address during spouse visa application

Oh my god, don't do it. Its a criminal offence to change address in UK. You could be arrested. I mean really? Is this a serious question? How old are you? Do you really think changing an address could cause problems? I mean, do you think you live in North Korea? I am sorry, I don't think moving hous...

Re: FLR(M) processing time

Does that mean that I'll need to wait for an indefinite length of time? How can I know if the application was missed by the UKVI, or the returned pack has been lost on the way? At what point shall I be able to contact the UKVI asking for an update? You won't have to wait indefinite length of time. ...
