1. You need to show official correspondence spanning the 24 months you have been living together, e.g. flat lease, electricity bills, council bills etc. The documents must span over 2 years, as this is a requirement for unmarried couples. How old is the EEA national? How is s/he exercising treaty rights? If a student, does s/he have CSI (private health insurance) or a non-UK EHIC card?
