Transferring money to a business not gonna work as the partner is not a director. The money must be accessible to both individuals. 1. apply for ceremony just before leaving to india and then come back and apply for british passport

Hi

I am applying for flr m for my wife who is currently on her own tier 1 visa.

Her bachelors degree was done in India and was accepted by tier 1 appl for visa. Would that be enough or do I still need to write the English test..

Her bachelor was recognised bynaric as bachelors equivalent in uk

when i called home office the lady told me to apply after a year i.e. december 2013 to make up the 6+7 months outside uk
