Re: Visitor Visa - Sponsor Question

It is possible. I have personally recently seen an sponsorship for visit visa which was granted for 6 months stay whilst they were supporting an FLR(M) too.

Others can forward their inputs too.

Re: Referee for British citizenship(MN1)

That's true.

Was just clarifying for anyone who sees those posts that for MN1 currently, until rules change, the 3 year to have known a professional referee is not a requirement. A lot of people have problem getting referees to sign for a child stating they havent known the child for 3 years.

Re: Referee for British citizenship(MN1)

You can ask your pharmacist, health visitor, nursery / school teacher, Minister of religion? The "known the person for 3 years" is the adult AN requirement. For MN1, the child, the referee must have engaged with the child at a professional capacity at some point. From Home office: "For child applica...

Re: cancellation of spouse visa

Why would you want to get rid of her just because things didn't work out, plus there is a child who has the right to family life in UK as he was born here!

Leave the decision to the decision maker and the ultimate decision maker on her stay, its no longer in your hands

Simple answer is no, she has a source of income which you will provide evidence for, so there is no grounds to ask for a weaver of application fee.

Re: cancellation of spouse visa

That is true, but what other choice does she have. She wont be fulfilling the 5 year route to ILR. Most likely will ultimately get leave through human rights based on stay in UK before marriage breakdown and also british child. If you've been in the immigration game a while you'll know that, that is...

Re: Child Benefit. How do they return supporting documents?

If you send them a special delivery envelope with your address on it, I have seen previously that they use the same envelope to return it to you, but other times they just send it back second class. Hit and miss but worth a try

He was not charged or convicted of anything.

Why would you want to disclose information that are not required. You will be asking for scrutiny.

Re: Spouse Visa

You should get:
- A letter from your employer certifying that the payslips are genuine and get it stamped / signed in a company headed paper.

- The same letter can provide your employment details too, or you can also submit your employment contract which will have your work details.

Re: Submitting WhatsApp Chat Screenshots for UK Spouse Visa Application: Advice and Experiences Needed

Use screenshots of phone call records if you have them. Use screenshots of Email, Text messages. WhatsApp alone on it's own will probably be a weak proof of communication. You can also use proof of visits to Morocco too.

If you were here for 15 years why did you not apply for Long Residence Leave? Were you living in UK without any leave at all?

If you can write you deportation letter here we can see under which legislation they have served you under

There really was no point of you lying about the job change, it would have made no difference if you told them you were sacked. Unless they question your honesty I do not see it being a big issue in terms of the bigger picture.

Re: spouse and son dependent visa

So your son who just has an indian passport and you sent him to India, did you not think how is he going to come back to UK? You can possibly apply to register him as a British Citizen from India and then apply for a British Passport. It can take a good few months for the registration to be complete...

Any reason as to why her finance visa would have been cancelled? Was it cancelled after the police intervention?

You need to find out specifically why her visa was cancelled first before you can fight your case.
