Accommodation and finances are definitely not assessed for the purposes of GTV. Are they listed under 'mandatory documents'? Same here, police registrations are suspended until further notice. Don't worry too much and check their website periodically. This will not cause issues as the decision to stop registrations was agreed with the Home Office (at least my local police website says so).

To anyone still waiting for an appointment after opting out -- according to UKVCAS helpline emails are being sent out 'in phases' and if you haven't received yours yet you have to wait a bit longer. "Week commencing 10 August" was when they started sending them out, and this process is still ongoing.
