Hi the process says you have a good few months to upload the online documents. but you need to submit them before you book an appointment with Sepora. They check if all the uploads are successful and hand of the case to a case worker in Home Office, I cant remember but i think after applying online ...

Thanks. So in this case do i send the investment proof again like business bank statement even though the table for settlement clearly says that i dont have to send the proof if i already claimed points for it during wxtension ?

I applied ILR online on 29th March 2019 (New Process of scanning application online) and went for Bio-metrics on 3rd April 2019. While applying online, I wasn't asked for any such documentation to be sent across. Where do you get this ? It did not ask me to send any documents for Business Activity ...

I have spoken with Home Office and I was advised that I am not allowed to travel outside UK while my application is still under process.

So guys do not take any chances, where you have waited 5 years, another 6 months won't harm you

The online form does NOT cater for transitional arrangements soley cz they are ending on 6th April 2019. If you are relying on transitional arragements, you should list your employees as separate jobs as scenerio A. Ignore the online form as it says jobs should exist for 12 months each but it does ...
