Hi All,
Just to share my good experience with PEO Solihull again.
Fortunately application was success full without any hurdle and my wife got ILR. But I had to use SET(o) form not SET(M). This may be useful for those who's situation is same as mine.
Thanks to Forum again for many valuable post.

Hello UKResident123,
First of all many congratulations.
One query to you, you mention about 220 days of absent, do you mean 220 days of absent including all( business+paid holiday+unpaid) or excluding business+ paid holiday.

Which PEO to choose for ILR apps

Hi All,
I am getting appointment for PEO Bermingham as well as Croydon for ILR in person and I can make either of them.
From past experience is there any plus point in one over the other, specially if case is not straight forward.
Your prompt inputs are highly appricaited.
Best Regards

Hello Vijay B,
This is not related to your querry but I need one information from you. Does your daughter go to Uni in UK. If yes do you pay home fee or Internation student fee without having an ILR? My daughter is going to Uni this year and I also don't have ILR so this will be great help.

One of the requirements of ILR is - <180 days absence from UK and a max of 90 days within one year. Hi Hert, I think I have raised this question before and it was concluded in discussion that there is no mention of max 90 days absent in one year rather it says one stretch or at a time. So, could yo...

Hi,
If you are not paid in UK then its not business trip from UK point of view?
I have not seen in policy document abt the weekend and public holiday discounting, but I have read some post from people who has applied and got ILR with similar kind of info.

Hi Nischerry,
As of the policy document and the reply I got from HO, the business trip and paid holiday don't count towards your absence from UK. So your absence will not be counted as absent from UK due to business trip.

Hi Mr Hert and Mr. Sushil, Thank you very much for your reply. Mr. Sushil if I am not wrong the HO reply says 90 days at a time not in a year so the confusion is that if a person is absent less than 90 days at a time but less than 180 days in a year is fine or not. If 180 days is OK in a year in a s...
