Re: WRS and citizenship.

Did you send any explanation note with your AN form? thanks for your input. I applied in June and waiting for dec...

Re: WRS and citizenship.

Hi, I wasn't registered for WRS either but I've just received my approval letter so it looks like the lack of WRS doesn't effect good character.

Re: Documents for naturalisation

I applied through NCS as well. I submitted P60s for the last 6 years, passport, life in the uk test, language test, PR card (NCS took copies).

My friend is self-employed and he submitted tax returns instead of P60s. Hope this helps.

Re: Extension of the Workers Registration Scheme 2009 Unlawf

Sorry to hear about your situation. I am fed up with the constant changes too. The justice system should be a lot more efficient.. I believe the court lists more cases than it can hear to make sure it maximises judical time. Hearings are sometimes post-poned just a few days before they are due to ta...

Re: Extension of the Workers Registration Scheme 2009 Unlawf

Hi

I believe that the hearing regarding
Gubeladze v The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions
was vacated.
Hearing status: awaiting a hearing.
I am not sure how long before a new hearing date is given.
