Re: Calculating continuous period

Re: 180 days limit

I have posted posted a thread with a similar situation, waiting for experts' opinions.....

the paragraph you are quoting only applies to certain categories of visas, regular tier 1 entrepreneur (200K) does not fall under this, I think.

Re: New lockdowns and ILR days requirement

Brilliant sir thanks
My issue is: I have been away from 2.5 months since October and just when I am about to get back, we are seeing flight cancellations, God knows for how long it will continue for, but to be honest, other than British airways, rest of flights are operational I think

Re: New lockdowns and ILR days requirement

They should introduce some kind of relaxation but as facility of getting an extension to fulfil days requirement is available hence they might not. In existing rules, there is a provision where they have given Ebola example so let’s hope and wait that they come up with relaxed rule. For the flights,...

Someone said that as per D/L agreement provided to home office, one shouldn't decrease the investment level until ILR at the time of next extension, meanin...

Re: Tier 1 Extension bio-metrics reuse

Re: Investment Eligibility

What do you mean by"acceptable" expense? There is no such thing under immigration rules. say I have invested 220k till now and have taken out 25k as Director's Salary and bought a 20k EV car, would HO still consider me to have invested 220k OR would they consider it as 175k? A company car or direct...

Re: *** COVID19 Tier 1E impact and Government support *** Discuss here ONLY

Marc you just explained it perfectly

What I have done for March salary is, furloughed employees from mid march, took the past average and calculated the remaining March period hours, which were more than required anyways, multiplied by the hourly rate and took 80% of the wage.

Re: Statement of Changes - Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)

The government has judged it proportionate to apply these changes to future extension and settlement applications by entrepreneurs already in the category. so if i was granted tier1 E in 2017, my extension next ye...

Re: 1st year of initial Leave Tier1 200k

This question is in reference to another users’ post where the user stated that his application was turned down and one of the reasons was that the user took a long time to invest in the business. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/second-entrepreneur-extension-refused-on...
