You should have written a letter asking HO to consider your application once your husband ILR one has been granted and providing all his personal details and passport/BRP information. Applied based on 10 years long route

I applied for ilr on 1st feb postal application payment deducted on 7th feb.. haven't got a biomteric appointment letter yet
