The dependent but it will also only be successful if ILR is successful. It is not a magic ticket visa. Suggest stick with FLR(M) for now and wait to see what happens.

Mu husband has applied for ilr on 1st feb on lr 10 year route. He was on tier 1 general self employed. As we know ho is taking time on getting back on ilr decisions at times a year... i would like to know what would happen to my flrm application applied on 2nd feb. As i have got biometric appointme...

You should have written a letter asking HO to consider your application once your husband ILR one has been granted and providing all his personal details and passport/BRP information. FLR(M) is sent to a difference department to ILR LR applications. We did that as well but they still sent the lette...

Long residence applications don't require extensive supporting documents. Your husband will also not be exempt from scrutiny by HO due to self employment on Tier 1 General. You should have submitted your applications at the same time or submitted yours once you had reference number for his applicat...

Postal ILR applications can take many months. Did both of you submit your applications before your Tier 1 G & dep visas expired? What 'couple of things' were you 'late on'? Yes we applied 4 days before it got expired. My husband was waiting on sa from hmrc and a couple of letters from his accountan...

My husband sent out his application on 25th Jan, money was taken the 3rd day after the post, however we have not heard anything regarding acknowledgement since then, it has been nearly a month!! I applied for ilr on 1st feb postal application payment deducted on 7th feb.. haven't got a biomteric appointment letter yet :cry:
Anyone in same boat? I was on tier 1 general and self employed.
