Finally postman delivered brown envelop.......

My App 7 weeks update

Hi to those applied in last week of march..i applied mine on 23 March same as Alta....called HO today and was told "Waiting to be picked by caseworker"........this looks standard answer to me.....as most of us gets the same answer who applied in 3rd week of march....

Well, I fell for the temptation of calling HO today largely due to the fact that I'm yet to get ack letter 3 weeks after the money was deducted from acct. Yea, was told case is yet to be assigned to case worker...and can't tell whether ack letter has been sent or not.....yah all see why I've resolv...

Probably they didnt ask for my marriage certificate as i recently got a new passport with my husbands name and as he came along with me.. He didnt ask for any letter from previous employment...however i did take it with me just incase because this depends upon case worker to caseworker...Do take you...
