HO could take the view that if you have almost £3k to pay for in person ILR, you could pay your tax bill. Hi I just read your whole thread ...one of friend was in same situation he was on ent Visa ..his company was dissolved nothing was happening in his business ..he went on premium service and he's got ILR but I think this is only depend on CW ...if he or she go in depth then they might ask you things...

2136 for your job role as an analyst it is not a shortage occupation skill. You can use the code but it won't be considered shortage skills as it is not in the small list of shortage skills for 2136 the HO website states. Cos has refused not visa.

You mean employer can simply reapply by mentioning in the form that it is not listed in SOL.

OR

we have to go through the entire process again by changing the title of Job ?

The status can only be checked by the Employer itself on SMS system( Sponsorship management system).
You need to ask your employer to Check the status.

Hopefully Home office will reveal the Certificates Results by end of the day. :D

I been reading previous months RCOS threads. Those who are submitted their application on cut off date 5th of every month their applications are approved in prior.

I don't understand what they are doing with application submitted prior to 5th.
