We are in the same boat. What I just have done is wrote a letter to the HO requesting the date I Acquired an Entitlement to Permanent Residence. Waiting for the response. Another option is to request a SAR (Subject Request Access Request) than you find out if you can or will have to wait... Hope it ...

How to do a Subject Access Request

Hi There
Did anyone done a SAR lately as I am planning to request one but it seems they dont do a free on line version anymore. Do I really need someone like a solicitor to sign my doc copy or can I send the original document?

Oh wow. THAT font was quite large and shouting even for a person with thick glasses :shock: :D You should send them your Statement of Account, they will want to see it. I've been there, sent them my statements for 5 years and they asked me for my most recent one and I had to send them that as well....
