Neither me n my wife has PR at the time of birth of my daughter but that time my wife has living more than 5 yrs in uk but she did not applied any kind of PR...

What does this means?

Do we need to renew her european passport first to apply for british passport?

Yes my daughter born in uk and currently she is holding a EU passport because my wife is EU citizen.... now my daughter has settled status and me and my wife also has settled status......

My situation was same like you..retained rights were refused and ..later last december i got new residence card bcoz my current partner is eu citizen...so when i apply for settlement scheme with my new partner ..then after few days i got call from home offic...

I dont it smethwick indian embassy and i did not provide anything like that

I renew my passport last year in october and i only fill online form and thats it ...they even not looking my other documents ...no need anything ..just take any address proof .....within 10days i got my passport back .....just take ur old one with u which they will give u back straightaway.
