Is that the online application form? When I search for SET M I still get the July paper version. I guess the updated online form is in preparation for the new system coming into place in October when I presume the paper version will cease to be available. I dont know about set M but for set LT the ...

I have premium appointment next...... Next week or next month or next when :?: Visa fees are set to increase next month on the 8th Oct. :idea: Next week, sorry for missing this, I have already paid 2999 but had already filled and signed the 07/2018 version form. I think i shud use the latest one.

I don't know if a transit visa is required. You can get information from Irish immigration website. As per entry stamp, flight from Ireland (I guess Dublin) to London is an international flight and as such his passport will still be stamped in London.
