Re: How far in advance to submit FLR(M)?

Hey My wife and I are in the exact same situation (except she arrived here on 06/04/2017 and her visa expires on 03 Jan 2020). We are planning exactly the same as you described above and have already prepared the draft application which we are thinking of submitting anytime now before the end of the...

Approval letter posted at previous address/ wrong address

All I can imagine your frustration but at least good thing is that you got your approval in the end - many congratulations! It's quite strange they posted it to your 5 old address...only if you can, would like to know whether it was your immediate previous address/ first address in the UK by any cha...

Jumbo passport but fee deduction for standard passport

I applied for naturalisation by online application (NDRS via Council) on 12/03/2018. I applied for Jumbo passport stating £85.50 fee on the postal passport application at the same time via JCAP. However, the fee got deducted for my passport application last week was only £72.50 which is for a standa...

Re: Link between passport fee deduction and approval date for NDRS + JCAP

I agree. Having looked further in timelines for the most recent online applications (NDRS) approval for March 2018, there is NO link between passport fee deduction and application approval/ decision date. It simply means your application is in process and should be approved (if straight forward) wit...

Re: Link between passport fee deduction and approval date for NDRS + JCAP

Thanks plabo and Hstepper07. I meant to say decision date (rather than just approval date). Observing the timeline, am I correct to assume the decision date is usually after the passport fee deduction date for NDRS + JCAP application via council? I assume it would be unusual other way around? I appl...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

It appears NCS postal applications are approved/ decisions made faster compared to NDRS (online) + JCAP via council looking at the March applications timeline on the forum so far... Anyone share the same thoughts?
