I have recently acquired my british passport. My mother lives in India and father died recently. Can my mother come and stay with me for good or will she have to continuosly keep going backward and forward if she wishes to stay with me.

Could anyone recommend an NCS service for N Ireland. If there is no such thing in Belfast, could one travel to say Manchester or Cardiff for such a service ?

It is only your employer who can apply for a work permit. Once you get that then you have to apply for a visa from the home office. However, employers have to prove to home office that they could not find the required skills locally and hence they need you. Now this might be difficult in your case ...
