(a) They don't need to. If you have ever entered the United States CBP will have your fingerprints. SO, when they scan your prints at the border it will come up under the previous name. You cannot hide things by changing your name. In the UK and the U.S. if you change your name and get a passport in the new name, all records are then linked together and the passport office will inform central law enforcement database. When you are married, you can can easily bring your child on an dependents visa. You will be entitled to Child Benefit for your child.

No matter what they tell you, a visa service won't be able to help you, they have no influence at all over U.S. visas being issued. A British passport holder who has a conviction (or has even been arrested and not charged) cannot travel on the ESTA system. They need a B1/B2 visa. There is no way of ...

So it means I need to proof any period of employment up to 10 years. What if company doesn't exist and I don't have a P60. Can I provide P45 instead?
