Try using your Unique Reference Number (which can be found on the documents checklist). In any case, they don't seem to be updating the system often. As per my timeline above, I sent my application 12th of April, received the bio and CoA (I'm non-EU) and when I check the status of the application ...

If you have an ID which is accepted in the country/ies (i.e. EU) you travel then you should be fine. I did travel with passports, submitted IDs instead.

I submitted my application online on 5th May and got my Case ID on 8th May via email but my case ID is not beginning with zero... I checked again today but still get the same message...
